The Cleveland Sailing Association (CSA), was developed to increase interest in sailboat racing in the Greater Cleveland Area. We do so by scoring our sponsor club’s regattas in series format. This gives you, the racing skipper, a chance to travel to other clubs and sail in many races while enjoying the hospitality and camaraderie of different venues and fleets, with an eye to rewarding your sailing skills over an extended period of time.
